Sunrise - Australia's number one breakfast show

Sunrise screens on Television weekdays on the Seven Network between 6am-9am from Martin Place in Sydney and between 7am-9am on weekends. The hosts are Kochie (David Koch), Mel (Melissa Doyle), and Nat (Natalie Barr).
